Before proceeding, it is recommended you make a complete backup of at least the webroot of FocusOPEN as well as a database backup and verify that your scheduled asset file backup is up to date.

1. Backup the existing FocusOPEN database.
2. Make a backup copy of your existing web.config and the config folder from the webroot of your current 3.3.6 installation.
3. Run the database update scripts inside the DatabaseSetup\UpgradeScripts folder in the 3.3.7 deployment package.
4. Copy the webroot folder from the 3.3.7 deployment package over the top your 3.3.6 installation.
5. Re-apply the previously backed up web.config and config folder over the top.
6. Edit the web.config as follows:

• Add a key for LightboxManager.MaxNumberCCEmails (default value: 20)
• Add a handler for AssetFileExt.*.ashx files (for contact sheet doownloads)

If you have problems with the web.config folder, use the one from the deployment package and edit this to suit any localised configuration changes.

The APS (Asset Processing Server) has been made more robust in 3.3.7 so you are advised to re-install the APS from the Installers folder in the deployment package.
